There have been some new developments in research into corporate culture. Two Americans, a mathematician and a sociologist, have developed a mathematical model that makes it easier to understand the complexity and dynamic of cultural transmission. They have used simulations to examine how a company's socialization processes and its demographic flow, i.e. employee turnover and recruitment, may affect corporate culture.
